Logbook Printing

Hi Ben and anyone else watching...
Is there a setting to make the logbook print out in Landscape anywhere?
I have tried different printers that are attached and also Fine Print pdfFactory 3.0 Pro, and even setting each of these to 'Landscape' do not seem to have any effect on the print-outs!
It is just that in Portrait mode the column 'Name/QTH/Remarks' rolls into the Callsign and that also has no space between it and the QSL information.
All the best, James (MD0MDI)

Hi James,
I never used this logbook print, may be you are the only one, who tried to use it.
Landscape is not supported because it needs a second print layout, the print function is not so "intelligent" to scale the columns to the paper size, sri.
Are you sure that you really need this print? Then I have to check it ...

Nope not essential! I was just looking to keeping a paper copy in the shack, if it is too much work then don't do it just for my sake, if others ask then maybe it would be worth it, thanks anyway...

Hello James,
I double-checked the "QSO - Print Log" function with format "A4 Portrait".
It is just that in Portrait mode the column 'Name/QTH/Remarks' rolls into the Callsign and that also has no space between it and the QSL information.
I could not see such an error with very long name/qth/rem information. It is truncated at the right side and fits into the column.
I can't imagine how it can roll into the callsign because there are the 2 RST columns between callsign and name column.

Logbuch-Auszug Cut&Paste in Textfile oder eine E-Mail

Hallo,
