Why does the band map only go up to 51 MHz can this be increased anywhere to 52 MHz ?????

Is 51...52 MHz used in Great Britain?

Yes, the UK tops out at 52.000 MHz (see http://www.rsgb-spectrumforum.org.uk/bandplan.htm)
