Can you add provision for 5 MHz and 70 MHz to the software?

You can log any frequency.
If you mean "band definitions" for 5 MHz and 70 MHz, this couldn't be realized simply because it would require a change of the log record format.
And I think fixed bands are not really needed for 5/70 MHz because there are no contests and important awards.

I have noticed that I can log any frequency, but this would be nice if the DX Cluster and Band Map and also the worked squares indicator that is in the main window also excepted these.

There are 4 main contests each year for 70 MHz and next year there is a contest being run on 5 MHz for the ARRL with talks of more.
