Text unreadable on printer

Sorry, but I have another question. I'm moving from printing on QSL cards to labels. Printing on cards always worked perfect. I do have a strange problem now, some text is unreadable, it is using a different font? I did try several other fonts but the problem stays. Please see the example I attached. Any suggestions? The printer is an Epson BX525.

Sri Koert,
I don't see an attached example. And I can't imagine what you mean.
There is no difference in fonts between card and label.
I'm using Epson printers for 8 years, no problem.

Hello,

the reason was the "QSL Layout" setting of "Row distance" = 3 (pixels).
So the QSO lines where printed on top of the other with 3 pixel vertical shift.
