I use UCXLog with K1EL Winkey (see here.
It has PTT output connector, but with UCX-log it does not work as PTT but as CW keying, exactly like KEY output connnector.
Is it possible to correct this?

PTT from WinKey works in UcxLog since more than 15 years.
No problem reported by any user.

Der PTT am WINKEYER ist ja auch eher zum schalten einer PA Gedacht die kein qsk kann und nicht zum tasten!

Ich habe das so verstanden, daß bei Eugen die PTT-Leitung genauso wie die KEY-Leitung getastet wird und
nicht permanent während der Dauer des Sendes eingeschaltet bleibt

Das ist natürlich falsch, ich kann aber keinen Fehler in UcxLog erkennen.
Das funktioniert richtig seit vielen Jahren bei hunderten Nutzern und auch aktuell, habe es gerade noch mal geprüft.

In fact, I have had this problem for a long time...

I thought that there might be some kind of catch, so I did not dare to write for a long time.

PTT in my Winkey works correctly in "standalone" mode.

I just thought about checking with other loggers, it seems there were no problems with them, but I'm not sure.

I have a pretty old Winkey (bought in 2008), I know it has some firmware bugs. So it is possible that this is not a UcxLog problem.

Eugene du kannst doch ggf neue Software auf den WINKEYER spielen, auch habe ich noch einen mit K1EL Softaware abzugeben falls Bedarf

Hello Eugene,

UcxLog knows different software versions of WinKey and supports also old versions.
But there are some times different ways to control the same action of the Winkey.
May be that other software uses another way without the bug in the Winkey software.
I think you have to update the WinKey software ...
